Broward County Hurricane Meal Kit Distributions
Every summer, in collaboration with Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) and the Florida Council on Aging (FCOA), we assist our clients in preparing for storm season by providing hurricane preparedness meal kits. This summer, one-hundred of our clients in Broward County will receive kits, ensuring they are well-prepared for any storm, thanks to the support from FPL and the FCOA.

About this Initiative
Florida Power & Light Company and Meals on Wheels South Florida are partnering to distribute hurricane preparedness meal kits to more than 100 of our beloved senior clients in Broward County on Saturday, July 25, 2026.
