Nutrition Education
Every meal we offer aligns with the recommended nutritional guidelines for seniors. Nutritious meals are essential for seniors on restricted diets and those who are taking medication.
Home Meal Delivery
Nine out of ten Meals on Wheels recipients indicate that they feel more secure in their homes, where they prefer to be. For many seniors, our volunteers are frequently the only visitors they have throughout the week.
Safety Checks
Volunteers and Meals on Wheels staff deliver nutritious meals and conduct safety checks for home-bound clients, ensuring they remain safe and healthy in the comfort of their own homes.
